Offers and contracts are signed electronically. Your agent coordinates the inspection and walks you through each step. Your lender, title company and movers are your choice — we can share lists of local options you can compare.

Interstate movers register with the federal government. Ask for a written estimate and look up the mover's USDOT and MC numbers on the FMCSA site before you book.

- Can I buy a home without visiting first?
- Yes, and people do. Many out-of-state buyers tour live by video with their agent first and fly in once for the homes at the top of their list, or for the inspection. Some close without a visit; your agent tells you what to expect either way.
- Is there a cost to work with you?
- Working with our concierge and being matched with an agent is at no cost to you. Your agent explains how buyer representation works in Ohio before you sign anything.
- I don't know the area at all. Where do I start?
