Getting started, in two steps

Onboarding happens in two stages. Everyone begins with a quick intake so we know exactly where you are. Once we're officially working together under a Buyer Representation Agreement, a deeper questionnaire helps us move fast when it counts.

A quick introduction — about three minutes. Tell us whether you're buying, selling, or both, where you're looking, and your timeline. It's how every new client relationship begins.

Step 2 · Buyers

Buyer Questionnaire

Once we've signed a Buyer Representation Agreement, this deeper questionnaire captures everything we need to find homes that fit and write a strong offer the same day.
